Woodland is a genuine dry gin from the wooded uplands of Sauerland. The predominantly local botanicals give this Sauerland distillate its unique flavour. Spruce tips, wood ears and dandelion root imbed the body with wooded, earthy notes. A gentle top note of fresh nettle, hand-picked sorrel and citrus adds a tangy element to the taste. This results in a bitter, fresh gin, distilled with independent, subtle, smooth Sauerland spring water, which is ideally suited for aperitifs, cocktails or long drinks with selected tonics.
