Woodland Quince Gin

Stone quince is art of disguise for citrus aromas in harsher climates. When Sophie and Thomas of Hamburgs famous 100/200 restaurant asked us to pair this hidden gem of ancient gardens with Woodland´s classic Sauerland botanicals we started the journey. Uncertain but excited. Elevating a new botanical and still preserving the best gin we ever made in its very core. Stone quince acidity is a brute force of freshness - but gently fenced by Woodlands famous five we orchestrated her the attention she deserves. Jubilant she shines at center stage with all her roots entrenched in Woodlands heart and soul orchestra. Astringend fresh but gentle due to our Sauerland botanicals.
